This application Timer_i26 is designed with a privacy-first approach.

The App does not operate any proprietary servers and does not collect personal data for advertising, analytics, or tracking purposes.

2. Data Storage and Synchronization

The App stores user-created data locally on the user’s device.

When synchronization is enabled, certain data is securely synchronized across the user’s Apple devices using CloudKit, operated by Apple.

The publisher does not have access to the content of stored or synchronized data.

3. Types of Data Processed

The App may process the following user-created content:

    •    timers and related configurations

    •    notes and labels

    •    user preferences and settings

This data is used exclusively for app functionality and synchronization.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Optional paid subscriptions are offered through in-app purchases using StoreKit.

Transaction-related data (such as subscription status and purchase identifiers) is processed by Apple.

The publisher does not access or store payment or billing information.

5. Purpose of Data Processing

Data is processed solely to:

    •    provide core app functionality

    •    synchronize data across the user’s devices

    •    unlock Pro features associated with active subscriptions

    •    ensure correct operation of timers and system integrations (such as Live Activities)

No data is used for advertising, profiling, or analytics.

6. Data Sharing

The App does not share user data with third parties.

All synchronization and subscription-related processing is handled exclusively by Apple in accordance with its privacy and security standards.

7. Data Security

All functional data remains under the user’s control, stored locally or within Apple’s CloudKit infrastructure.

Users are encouraged to protect access to their device using system-level security features.

8. User Rights and Data Deletion

As all functional data is stored locally or synchronized via CloudKit:

    •    users may delete their data at any time from within the App

    •    uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data

    •    CloudKit data is managed according to the user’s Apple ID settings
