4. Free Access and Subscriptions
The App is available for free download and provides access to basic features.
Additional features are available through paid subscriptions:
• Monthly subscription
• Annual subscription
Subscriptions are offered via in-app purchases and are processed exclusively through Apple using StoreKit.
Prices, subscription duration, and applicable terms are displayed within the App at the time of purchase.

5. Payment, Renewal, and Cancellation
Payment is charged to the user’s Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Users can manage or cancel their subscriptions at any time through their App Store account settings.

6. Restoration of Purchases
Users may restore active subscriptions using the “Restore Purchases” feature available in the App, provided they are logged in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

7. Refunds and Right of Withdrawal
Refund requests and the right of withdrawal are managed directly by Apple in accordance with its App Store policies and applicable law.

The App is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.
To the extent permitted by law, Johann Brunel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App, including issues related to App Store services or subscription management.
